Transformation Philosophy

Imagine your life as a garden inherited at birth.

As you grew, you did your best to nurture the seeds you were given using the tools and wisdom you collected from parents, friends, and community. The stories, beliefs, and opinions you planted during childhood eventually bloom into an identity. But over time, the way we think and relate to ourselves and the people around us invariably shifts. We begin to notice signs of decay in what once felt familiar, safe, and cherished. It's natural to feel some resistance when change come knocking, to hold tightly to the familiar, even when it hurts.

Transformation is a process that requires effort, patience, and trust. Like a snake who has outgrown her skin, the cost of not transforming eventually outweighs the pain necessary to shed what hurts. When approached safely and skillfully, psychedelics can act as powerful catalysts for lasting change.

For anyone who chooses to walk this path with me, my simple message to you is that you are unconditionally worthy of love, exactly as you are. No matter what you've been through, what you have or haven’t done, or how broken you might feel. You are worthy of the effort.

Process

During my career as a UX Designer, I learned the value of getting comfortable with uncertainty and trusting the process to guide the way. Before jumping straight into a design, I would always try to uncover the root issue through research to make sure we were solving the right problem. This meant going through iterative cycles of asking questions, looking at patterns, coming up with ideas, and trying them out until the best solution naturally surfaced.

This same process applies to personal transformation. Inspired by the natural cycles of birth and death (bloom and decay), we will work together in repeatable cycles of transformation broken down into three distinct phases: 1) Prepare, 2) Journey, and 3) Integrate.
